Hi … whats the general thing in the uk that most women are using to help menopause ? I’ve heard of the creams but I want to get ontop of knowledge before it happens to me as I’m close to it and I would like to know before the doctor tries to give me something I don’t do well with etc! So doing my research !

I have a thyroid condition so it’s going to be a rough ride I think!

Thank you 🙏🏽

watch davina macColl she did a program on channel 4. She did a very interesting and informative program on menopause. Me personally I am peri menopausal and I am using HRT as I was in a bad place mentally major anxiety and emotional. Periods were heavy and all over the place. I also got a book about menopause Haynes manual menopause.

🙂 There has been lots of discussion re perimenopause and menopause..

Topics have included HRT-supplements-therapies etc..as well as symptoms and personal experiences.

To see links ...type the actual word you’re looking for ..for example ‘perimenopause’ in the search box (top right)

The most natural effective treatment in my view is to replace the hormones that your body has stopped making with body-identical ones, ie. oestrogen and progesterone, which is HRT. The following video contains all you need to know:
