Does this look like meningitis?

I’ve had these spots on my feet, toes, and bottoms of my feet for about a week or two now. I can’t find any other photos on the internet that look like them, except for meningitis. What do you think?

We do not have doctors here. If you are still concerned about your symptoms, seek urgent medical advice.

Well thanks for the help Claire... I was just wondering if anyone experienced a rash like this while they had meningitis. I’ve already called my doctor thanks though.
