Meningitis and Recovery

I got Meningitis TB in 2015. Got collapsed at work and lost consciousness. I regained my memory back only end of 2018. I was unconscious for almost 4 years. Lost vision on left eye. Still cannot balance. Starting from 2019 I started getting my memory. Now I almost got my memory back.. But still I cannot balance and walk properly.

One good news is my left eye vision is returning back slowly. But I cannot drive still.,

Let me know what kind of exercise do I need to undergo so that I can walk properly and to regain my vision besides medications. I am tired of medications.
