I keep reading all the posts on here about lack of care/understanding from the medical team, we must have been very lucky with the care that my son recieved, the consultant who looked after my son had had BM herself as a teenager, so helpful to us as a family, however once discharged, and dealing with the gp, I can honestly say he did every thing for us as well, no waiting for appointments, discussed my son's health/recovery with us, immediate hospital appointment when my son was very unwell with pain in his head, again hospital took time with us. My son has been on this site an knows how lucky he has been. Airedale hospital an Sutton in craven doctors surgery, a big thank you to you both, small words, but such a lot of feelings in these words. Good luck to you all, remember do as your body tells you. Xx
