Leaving wheelchair and walking devices

I was in a really bad car accident on August2014 I am recovering my mind and my ability to walk, my right side is the damaged more! I left the wheelchair 5 months ago. Now I want to leave my walking devices. I need some help on Excercises recommend to gain balance back! PLEASE help me!!

Hi Juan.

Am sorry to hear of your bad car accident. This is a forum for those who have had Meningitis, those caring for them or a relative/friend that knows some one who has. Have you had Meningitis? Otherwise I think you have joined the wrong forum on healthunlocked.
