Fight back from a brain tumour...

One family's touching account of living with a brain tumour spanning over a decade.

This heartwarming, readable short story is a genuine, intimate account of Jason's three traumatic brain tumour resections, radiotherapy treatment and other obstacles that he has encountered together with the challenges he faces every day.

At the tender age of just thirty, Jason had his future all mapped out; a wife of seven years and two children aged three and one, the typical cereal packet family building hopes and dreams for the future.

Then after a short burst of severe headaches and numbness around his mouth, the symptoms went from bad-to-worse and was rushed to the hospital where events unfolded.

A meningioma brain tumour had grown to full capacity inside his skull and had nowhere to go causing him incredible pain and discomfort.

Despite all this, he remains upbeat. This encouraging book can inspire anyone going through similar circumstances to fulfil their dreams. Jason fought hard to realise one of his life goals, 25 years in the making, just when he thought that ship had sailed. He has experienced amazing highlights as well that he shares.

If you or someone close to you is affected by a brain tumour, I am sure you will benefit from reading this memoir. Although this is a profound report of what happened in our lives, your journey may differ, but you will likely have similar uncertainties and fears to overcome as we did.

Remember; you are not alone, I hope this book is of comfort to you, your family and your friends.

Together, we can overcome this disease.
