I am looking to make contact with any families/carers in London who receive Continuing Healthcare funding via Direct Payment and who manage and employ a care team for their autistic adult to ensure fully person centred 24/7 care. My son does not have a learning disability and has mental health challenges and chronic pain and other issues. I do this but I do not know anyone else who does and I would like to hook up with others in the same situation.
