help with rent

I have a son who lives with me who as learning difficulties he is 30 years old I do get some house in benefit he gets pip and esa

Could any one explain should I still be paying some rent like I am as I am universal credit

My son is not on my tenancy could this be the reason I still have to pay some rent many thanks

speak to the CAB or fhe mencap helpline and see if they can advise you but my belief is he should be helping towards things with this money. You maybe entitled to other benefits as well or speak to wwwturn2us as they may also be able to advise you.
