Petition: make free Lateral Flow Tests available to those who are Clinically Extremely Vulnerable

A sibling carer for her brother with learning disabilities has launched a petition asking the government to provide free covid lateral flow tests for clinically extremely vulnerable people and their carers.

Have signed the petition but is it not the case that these extremely vulnerable people are already entitled to free tests which it absolutely should be the case.

Just want to add that I realise now that a lot of extremely vulnerable people aren’t under the umbrella of receiving free lateral flow tests and they should be. I’ve already signed petition some time ago so urging others to.
