Does anyone have any helpful information about how to help find accommodation for a young couple with mild learning difficulties? My son has recently got engaged, and the couple want to get married and live together, but will need a certain amount of support, particularly with managing finances.

Hello

That is wonderful news - congratulations to them both.

There is some information about housing on Mencap's website here - mencap.org.uk/advice-and-su...

But it will depend on what they need, and what is available near you. There are some great suggestions on here, but do give Mencap's helpline a call and see how they can help. Call the on 0808 808 1111, or you can email helpline@mencap.org.uk.

Best wishes

Sarah
