Advice needed

Hello Trapspirit - I'm really sorry to hear you are feeling this way.
Someone on here may have been in a similar position - and may be able to respond with some advice soon.
In the meantime, you can talk to one of Mencap's advisors by calling 0808 808 1111, or email helpline@mencap.org.uk. It is free and confidential.
I'm glad you reached out on here. I hope things get better soon. And please know this community is here for you.
Emma
Hi, I have been in a similar situation but, I coped by standing up for myself and asked for space or I'll leave and it worked for me.

Hello
This sounds hard for you. Please do call our helpline when it is back open at 10am on Monday 4 January. They will be happy to talk you about how you are feeling.
I also wondered if you have anyone else you trust who you could talk to about this? It can really help to talk. This could be a friend, or someone who helps to support you (do you have a social worker or a support worker?)
As Emma says, we are really pleased you have joined this community.
Best wishes
Sarah
