corona virus and what to do when bored

hi im rebecca and i have been on lockdown for 2 weeks and im really bored i used to go charity shops in the week with my carer and now i dont know what to do other than playing cards and colouring

You are not alone - I think lots of people are struggling to keep busy at the moment.

There are loads of videos and ideas on YouTube. There are arty ideas, and lots of ways to keep fit.

Are there any friends you can keep in touch with online? I have got very good at using Zoom to talk to other people.

I'd love to know any ideas that you have.

Also, I think there will be a lot more ideas around soon as people settle into the lock down. Mencap are going to be doing Mencap TV so I will post more about that here as soon as I know more.
