My name is Norman, and have a positive diagnosis for "Asperger Syndrome" and am an OAP and was targeted by the staff and customers at my local swimming pool. One of the customers threatened me with violence while I was in the building about what he was going to do to me I told him to get on with it, and he backed down! But when I exited the building he was waiting for me and threatened me again, I put my swimming bag down and he then drop kicked it, unfortunately I retaliated and kicked him, a short scuffle ensued when I managed to subdue him. Unfortunately this was captured on the building CCTV. A police officer came to my house a few days later and I expressed remorse for retaliating to the bullies intimidation, and naively accepted a police caution? But then I found out that no action was taken against the bully? As this incident was six of one and half of the bully and challenged the CCTV footage which then became unavailable? The police caution was issued by police officer with the same surname as the bully?

If you're get caught in such a situation it's definitely the time to ask for help. I think independent anti-abuse organizations like aaappp.org.uk/ can be really helpful - I'm not really familiar with their procedures but as far as I know they even could appeal to the High Court.
