Hi Everyone,
My Husband endured stage 4 metastatic melanoma. I just wanted to see what additional clinical trials have been approved since June 2018? Or, clinical trials that are in place but not approved yet?
Thank you

The Melanoma Research Alliance provides a good tracking for melanoma specific clinical trials here: curemelanoma.org/patient-en...
NIH is the authoritative source for all US clinical trials and you can search by disease type: clinicaltrials.gov/
I hope this is helpful. Several writers to this blog have had experiences with clinical trials. My husband is a current participant in one for Autologous Cell Transfer with Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes that is sponsored by Iovance for LN-144: iovance.com/clinical/c-144-...
Each trial is different and has a particular focus, and very specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. We have learned to ask along our journey in making treatment decisions to ask: If we do xx treatment, how will it potentially help? What are the side effects? And what other treatments will this now take us out of eligibility for or create a potential inclusion for?
Best wishes,
Missy
