heart rate and dleep

hi first post here though have been on site as partner has Parkinson’s Recently got an Apple Watch and have been recording sleep HR rate which seems pretty high whilst breathing rate is very low and wondered if this is common in ME/ChronF.

One possible cause of this is sleep apnoea. I'm not sure whether the monitor you're using would record the stop-go nature of that type of breathing?

Your GP could book you a session at the sleep clinic. It would be important to rule that out, or in.
