for something to have a go at, 3 years ago, i took worm tablets. in case i had parasites. 10+ years earlier my g.p had put me on worm treatment parex (which isn't pyrantel or mebendazole). didn't hurt. might've when helped. so for us that's something.
i will have another go when at the pharmacist next.
it's something o.t.c that we can do.
i'm not saying do it, i'm just sharing something that is accessible and easy to do - they're chocolate flavoured!
of course m.e being what it is, it could also have bad effect on some of us so have a read and weigh up if it could help or not.
in Australia they are relatively cheap, $20-$50,
but from what i've read about worm drugs in other countries, wow, sorry that they are high priced

update, a couple weeks later, i took the tablets, the purantel is taken with food.
well a couple of days before taking the tablets, i happened to have a bit of stomach upset and diarrhea!, which is extremely rare for me. my digestive system is usually very good. so i had that for a coupe weeks, i don't know what that all was about but it is just normalizing now, weird
