Okay, so here's a question: has anybody ever had anything like this? Pics attached.
I've posted a few times about some very horrible tingling/itchy/pins & needles sensations I get (mainly) in my hands and feet, but sometimes all over.
They occur when I am 1. Over exerting myself (which can be even light exercise, for me), 2. I'm stressed, 3. I laugh too hard.
I've noticed this once before when it was got really bad but I was in too much discomfort to even think to take pictures at that time. These angry, red blotches appeared all over my wrists, arms and hands but as the tingling subsided they disappeared. I am thinking it's likely neurological neurological, related to CFS some how but I at least have something to show my GP as evidence now.

Nothing at all, the tingling/pins and needles comes and I usually just stick my hands under a cold tap to numb the discomfort.
On this occasion though, I didn't get a chance to even do that. I put what I was carrying down and noticed the spots. It's happened before, when I was out for a walk. I overdid it a little bit and noticed the spots on my hands with the tingling too.
Think a trip to the doctors is definitely in order now though.
Are you part of any other online communities? It might be worth asking as it might be common, it’s not something I’ve come across before though- besides heat rash and I’m assuming you weren’t wearing sweatbands or a watch on that arm?
Nope, watch on my other arm but worn that for 6 months without an issue.
I've checked in CFS and another group just to check but nobody has suggested anything that looks similar other than fbirder on PA says it sort of looks like vasculitis of some sort
