Hi everyone, hope you are all keeping your head above water. I know how delibitating this Illness is but I wanted to share my experience with everyone what seems to be helping me avoid those bed bound days where you can only manage to get up to go to the toilet. I noticed that since I started using zoplicone 7.5mg, it has improved my sleep thereby improving my energy levels. Doesn't mean that I have so much energy but I am not flat out. Even if this helps one person, I know it is something. Hope some people can get some relief with this. Good luck.

Hi again. Sorry for the delay, ME, you know. Is zopiclone a sleeping tablet? Thanks.

Thank you. I have avoided taking that but my energy levels are terrible in the day. I worry as I believe it is addictive? I think I have quite an addictive personality as well.

I understand how you feel honestly. Without it I can go up to 4 to 5 days without sleeping and getting weeker by the second. I have 3 children so I really need to be able to get up and manage to do something at least. I don't even have the luxury of worrying about the addiction until a miracle cure for this nightmare disease is found. I really hope that you find something to help you soon because I feel you. Medication is a vicious cycle unfortunately but sometimes it is necessary. Good luck 👍☺️
