Pom pom sausage!

Yes indeed! Friday may mean the weekend is coming ... but we all know that what it really means is that it's time for some vigorous pompom waving and earsplitting cheering for our wonderful racers with events this coming week!

At time of posting, all this week's action is taking place on Sunday 16th:

⭐️ Once again (in a busy month) our speediest of speedsters (and I don't say that without due cause - have you seen his UK and world ranking?)  RunBrianRun , will be taking part in the 60m at the British Masters Inter Area Championship. Don't let them catch you Brian, they'll soon get fed up of trying !

⭐️ It doesn't seem like a whole month since our terrific trio set about to tackle those hills, but it must be because it's time for number 5! Katnap , TailChaser and Shake-and-run will be tackling the next race in the Tempo Winter Series 10k. This will be the fifth and final time of 🎶running up that hill🎶 this Winter so I do believe there will be much coveted hoodies to collect as well as sausages ... oh, and a celebration in the pub afterwards too 🍻. I hope those hills aren't slippy ones folks!

⭐️ And finally we have Cowladyrunning who will be tackling the Pontypool Home 10k. This event sounds beautiful with park running and views of the canal - probably some very good views given the undulating nature of the course! The event raises vital funds for St David's Hospice care too. So a bit of Kate Bush for you too CLR ... 🎶running up that hill🎶 on repeat! But be sure to enjoy the downhills and the lovely views!
