Head to the HU custom medal page on the Sprinters website: sprinterssportswear.co.uk/p...

You need to click on the depth, click on the diameter and then select your distance option from the drop down menu then click add to basket.

The price is £7.70 (incl VAT and UK postage). Click proceed to checkout. Complete your name and address details and then select your payment method (either Paypal or via a BACS direct bank transfer), then click PLACE ORDER.

Your order is direct with Sprinters, your admin team aren't involved. It's a small husband and wife business and they are extraordinarily friendly and helpful.

Sadly not joining in, totally knackered from massive decluttering and kitchen equipment jenga as in the middle of total kitchen refurb. I had reached the end of Week 3 of the NRC 10k plan, with just the 6k long run to go…but just couldn’t fit it in anywhere. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I had toyed with running out for 5k, then walking back…but…I haven’t run at all in May, and only run a couple of 5k since last June…and my last 10k was last years HU10k…so that way lays madness…

So I’m here cheering you on and waving my virtual pom-poms…and will be running again when the refurb is done, the allotment sorted, and…🙄☺️
