I am back. I can't remember the last time I posted but I have done Brighton Marathon Weekend 10K twice 2022 &2023 and signed up for 2024.
I did Run Bournemouth 10K and got a PB. I've done 3 SeeYork RunYork 6hr Challenges and doing the last one of 2023 on 17th Dec- the Valhalla.
I'm going to start doing weights at the gym as well as the bike, elliptical and have added the stair climber in. I'm unsure if I want a specific programme atm as prefer to have the freedom. If short on time, to cut down on the reps and/or leave a cardio machine out.

Nice that you are back Pippa49, there are some people who post on this forum anything from one post or are on it for a few months then you never hear from them again.
Congratulations on completing those runs, especially the Bournemouth 10K when you got a PB, I wish you all the best
