Hello fellow running people 👋 How’s it all going?

Here we are at almost a third of the year already! Blimey. Where has all that time gone?

For me, some of that time has been spent watching loads of YouTube stuff about running. Anything running related and I’m there! I especially love watching other people run, either in races or just on a gorgeous looking route. It all makes me want to head out straight away and run.

One of my favourite channels is The Running Channel. They give great advice and they have various challenges for their presenters which are fun to watch. So, imagine my intrigue when I spied a video a few weeks ago which shows Sarah, one of their presenters, running a 5K. And that’s it. That’s all the video shows. Just Sarah running. No music, no commentary, just the sound of her footsteps and breathing. It’s a one shot ASMR.

(ASMR - I had to google what this is - Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, a term which defines “the relaxing sensation someone experiences when watching certain visuals or listening to particular sounds”)

youtu.be/YWjr0AEo9eY

I must say that I found it incredibly soothing and meditative. And looking at the comments section I’m not alone. It was like going out for a run with someone else without the effort 🙂 I hope you enjoy it.

Whether you’re running or resting or watching others run, or whatever else you’re doing, have a great week everyone.

From The Marathon Team

Good morning IP, although there is little good about the rain lashing down outside! I guess that it will clear the remaining pockets of snow, so there is an upside.

I have started to enjoy a bit of company via NRC as I jog along on long runs. It is comforting to know that at least one of us out on the run knows what they are doing! The wind is supposed to drop off by 10mph by lunch time today, so maybe a 1 hour NRC run with Eliud is in order. I am in “ taking each run as it comes” mode since first a chest virus and then the snow wrecked my HM plan at 15k. No sense in pushing things. At least I am coming out of this winter niggle free and stronger than I was in the last two years. You can’t have it all. 14 May HM looks impossible; running as far as I can will have to be enough.🙂

Snap BC. My HUHM is in jeopardy too. as I’m STILL suffering from what sounds to be a similar virus to yours. I no longer feel bad - just weary after 5 full-on days in Rome - but the cough is still there. I think I’m going to have to make friends with Jeff to help regain any semblance of fitness. 🙄 Hope you continue to improve. 🤞

Beachcomber66 profile image

Hi CC. It has been a bad winter for bugs! In the last two Springs/summers I have had to push to get myself up to race distance; it “got me over the line” but that was about it. I just want to concentrate on getting fit properly, and then see what is happening at that point. Today will tell me quite a lot about my underlying fitness I think.

Sorry to read that Munks. A lingering cough seems to be a symptom of the particular strain of cold this year. Such a nuisance.

Morning BC (even though it’s a different morning now 🙂)

Enjoyment is still the name of the game but I know how frustrating it is to get side-tracked by so many obstacles.

You’ve still got plenty of time before May. I have got stuck at 14K and am aiming to go ahead 🤞 but don’t want to push things. Your last comment needs to be my new mantra 😇

Here’s to niggle-free and stronger days ahead for all of us 🤞

Impossible you say?

You may not get to HM by 14 May BC but you will get there in your own time with your Captain Sensible hat on. Chest infections are not to be ignored when you are a runner and biding your time is all you can do. But, like you say, you are stronger in all other respects and I will be virtually there cheering you on when you do cross that HM line

Beachcomber66 profile image
Beachcomber66AdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toDexy5

🙂 Thanks Dexy5. Yesterday was a big step forward. A slightly quicker 5k at 7min/k and VO2 max gave me a point back! My resting heart rate is now close to normal at 56. So all heading in the right direction. The surgery is changing my asthma meds too; something a shade stronger. I am being so sensible it hurts !😉

Well done ! Mr Garmin can be so cruel, taking points away when you’re down.

cheekychipmunks profile image

Hi IP, oh I can’t wait to see that video. I shall run vicariously through Sarah! It sounds so therapeutic. 🥰

My own running has been affected yet again by a hideous chest virus. I’d started my HM plan on 21st February, got struck down by the virus the next day, and I’ve only run once since - Caffarella PR in Rome!

What a blast! I wasn’t going to miss it as a few of my choir friends were going along, so I adopted my slow chipmunk trot and made my way round the lovely tracks and meadow in a snaily time. One of my friends was the quickest woman! ❤️

I really REALLY cannot wait for all these winter bugs to sling their hook as I want to get running again properly. My patience is fast running out 🙄 The Bristol 10k and HUHM the following week are still on my radar in May, but I will more than likely need to accept that Jeff will be accompanying me.

Still, spring’s nearly here isn’t it? 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞

You will get there Cheeky; steely Chipmunk determination!👊

Oh how exciting to run in Rome! At least you can tick that off now Munks. I’m sure it was wonderful 😍

Grrrrr, these ruddy viruses and colds. They do hang around. My husband is still coughing after a cold he had before Christmas.

I flew to Ireland yesterday and didn’t bring my running kit because my shins were a bit ouchy after a 14K last weekend. I’m still aiming for the HUHM but might have to Jeff some of it too. So frustrating isn’t it?

We just need some nice warm weather. I’m sure that will make our aches and pains disappear immediately 😎

Hi  Irishprincess & other running VRB’s,

Thank you! I will have a watch when Alvin the chipmunk is not in the background. Alvin’s voice is the opposite of mediative & soothing 🤣

Onto week 16 of my HM plan. It’s another 32 mile week on the plan but I will just do 30miles. I had a good 10 mile run last week & felt strong so I’m feeling more confident.

Happy week everyone ❤️🏃‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

Hello Irishprincess , thanks for hosting! I must also apologise for what I'm about to say re that video. It's not directed at you - I appreciate your going to the trouble of finding and posting it, and it's highly likely that others will enjoy watching.

Although running videos aren't my thing, tempted by your recommendation and the idea of ASMR, I thought I'd give that one a go. Unfortunately I only made it to two minutes before giving up in exasperation. The noise irritated rather than soothed me. More importantly, why oh why is she running in the middle of a road, along which cars are driving, with her back to the traffic? No. Just no. (I can't post my actual reaction as it was considerably more strongly worded.)

So there you have it - I continue to be odd. I'm also still refusing to track all my runs, let alone follow a plan. Instead I'm doing things like randomly running up and down hills and fields for no reason other than I want to and finally, after months of injury and illness, I'm back to being able to do so.

Run happy, everybody, whatever that means to you!

AlMorr profile image
AlMorrHalf Marathon in reply toCmoi

I watched part of that video as well Cmoi, the lady is running at about 25 minute 5K pace along a fairly busy road, I think it's in America, for someone like me who runs all my running off road I do think it is a bit dangerous, nevertheless how many runners have the word of their running club with the word "roadrunners" as the club they belong to, quite a lot.

Beachcomber66 profile image
Beachcomber66AdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toAlMorr

I think that it is in Lanzarote Al; unless I have got it wrong (again!) 🙂

AlMorr profile image
AlMorrHalf Marathon in reply toBeachcomber66

I watched it a second time, this time for the full 25 minutes, I agree with you BC66 that it's Lanzarote not America, its quite a good video, she's a marathon runner, she completed that 5K in 24:58. I know a lady at parkrun who averages 25 minutes, about 7 or 8 minutes faster than my average.

Beachcomber66 profile image
Beachcomber66AdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toAlMorr

I am just keeping my pace down and building up distance again now that my chest infection is clearing up. Today was far too windy to think about pace anyway. One of those runs which feels best in retrospect. A couple of short runs next 🙂.

I remember once a friend lending me a tape (olden days) to soothe me to sleep as I was having some sleepless nights. I got myself all comfy and relaxed and switched on the tape. Well, I found his voice really spooky and scary 😳. It was like something from a horror film so I had to switch it off. Didn’t work for me.

I’m so glad your running is going well. Have a great week 😍

Good afternoon IP, and thank you for being chat host this week.😀

Sorry to hear of other VRBs having to deal with the aftermath of viruses. Hope Beachcomber66 and cheekychipmunks are past that as soon as. 🤞

I enjoyed watching Sarah's video of the Osaka marathon. Marathon runners fascinate me because they make it look so easy - and I always think there is a lesson there for me to learn - to try to make my gait as easy and natural as I can.

I am feeling I am in a lucky streak at the moment. After a month of low heart rate running I am really enjoying it, and often end a run swimming in endorphins which I think of as being "stupid happy". I've basically used gentle running to drug myself! 😂

I have read it can take 4-6 months to realise the benefits of LHR, so I hope to be patient and continue with this approach to give it time to do its work. So far so good!

Beachcomber66 profile image
Beachcomber66AdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toForbiddenPlanet

Hi FP. My run with Eliud went just fine thanks. 7:30/k, so 8k exactly in 1 hour. A “there and back”; out run into a gale and therefore a wind assisted return. On the way back I met up with someone I haven’t seen for nearly 30 years, so we and her OH had a good chat over coffee to top off the morning. I am going to review the video now. 🙂

ForbiddenPlanet profile image
ForbiddenPlanetHalf Marathon in reply toBeachcomber66

Great stuff BC. Hope you had a nice runner's high after your run? I enjoyed the "breeze" this morning - helped to keep my heart rate down! 😀

Beachcomber66 profile image
Beachcomber66AdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toForbiddenPlanet

My post run chat was very pleasant. I think the “high” loosens the tongue!

My AHR needs attention; I think the virus may be an influence. Whatever; I will keep up the long slow runs until it behaves itself! 8k was enough today, especially with the wind. I reckon I have dropped back 5 weeks on the NRC HM plan. Maybe I can catch up a bit on that by only running one 10k run. As 14 May is now out of the question there really is no pressure. Maybe I should just aim for a good 10k on that day before upping the distance again. All a question of how I feel. 👍

ForbiddenPlanet profile image
ForbiddenPlanetHalf Marathon in reply toBeachcomber66

I would definitely blame the virus! 10K sounds sensible, and eminently achievable - you're not far off that already with your 8K, but like you say, whatever feels right! 👍

Beachcomber66 profile image
Beachcomber66AdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toForbiddenPlanet

Did you go for a chest heart rate monitor in the end FP? My current thinking is that my Garmin may be as accurate as it ever was and that the real problem is the virus.

ForbiddenPlanet profile image
ForbiddenPlanetHalf Marathon in reply toBeachcomber66

Not yet. I generally buy stuff like that as a reward - so I'll have to think of a challenge to set myself, so I "deserve" it. 🤣

Honestly I would say it's the virus - but maybe wait and see if it settles down?

Over the past month of LHR when I've been paying particular attention to HR I've been happy with my Garmin, I have noticed some things, like the obvious - if I haven't slept well or am otherwise tired the HR goes up. I'm sure a virus would have the same effect.

There was a software update a couple of weeks ago and the watch was telling me my HR average was in the 140s - which was nonsense because I was not even sweating.

The next day there was another update "just for GPS" and then normal service was resumed, although I make a point of cleaning the sensor, and my wrist where it will sit before a run, and maybe I forgot on the day the watch went doolally!

Ok, I enjoyed the video too! After 12 minutes she seemed to settle in and her breathing sounded really controlled at that point. I have to say I don't feel ready for it - but then do I ever? At least I'm not carrying any injuries or niggles right now so I just need to get through the next two and a bit weeks (gulp, how did it come round so fast?). Tomorrow I plan to go slow, slow, slow!

I get TRC on my YouTube feed and saw this video soon after it was published.

Like the recent MOTD issue with no commentary I was just left perplexed, fast forwarding every now and then because maybe I expected something to happen...

But how lovely to see car drivers being courteous and not bothered about sharing the road with non vehicle traffic. Completely unrealistic in many other countries to hope for similar driver habits. Makes you think why do we tolerate it?

Hi IP! Well I have to confess that, although I have packed my running kit for our month long tour of Spain and Portugal, I still haven’t been for a run. Days have been spent either on the road or visiting places, which admittedly gives me a very high step count on those days. Cordoba today, then Seville. We have booked a week on a beachside site at Cascais from Saturday, so I am thinking that’s the most likely time to pull on my running shoes. After RED February and with everything else to fill my time I can’t honestly say I’ve missed running, but I am looking forward to a seaside run. The weather here is glorious - sunshine, blue skies and low 20s. Gorgeous ☀️

I’m still hit and miss with my running. A migraine this weekend knocked out my long run and I really need a recovery day today after a pretty full on PT session yesterday. We did lots of running drills. So many varieties of lunges. Just when I thought my legs would get a rest from being on fire 🔥, there was another lunge thing to try! It was definitely good for me!

I’ve got the Forest of Dean HM on April 2nd and I’m feeling underprepared. I’m hoping to do ten or eleven slow miles tomorrow and then see where I am. At the moment, I’m feeling like I just want to to be over!

Hello Irishprincess, I do hope that your running is going well. I have had to stop running, my knee isn't happy. I haven't made an appointment. I partly feel that I have had so many. Not sure how many runs to miss. I so want to run three times a week, but my knee is clearly saying no. So no it is. Physio exercises have been ongoing for nearly a year!

Beachcomber66 profile image
Beachcomber66AdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toover61andstilltrying

I would be beside myself by now! I have no idea, but having a liking for evidence, I think that I would be looking for an appropriate scan. If scans don’t give any answers I would default to my sports physio who finds a way of keeping me going. If she couldn’t do that (she has never failed!) I am sure that she would refer me to the right professional. I guess in times of uncertainty we seek out the people we trust.

Irishprincess profile image
IrishprincessAdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toover61andstilltrying

Oh no! I’m sorry to read this as you were doing so well and into a good routine.

But maybe this is the right time to see a physio especially when you were pain-free for so long and now it’s back again. Your physio would want to know that.

I’m on a running break for a week as I have achey shins. My back is fine but the shins are grumbling. Since I’ve never had a problem with shins before I’m taking a break to see if things settle down. There’s always something isn’t there?

over61andstilltrying profile image
over61andstilltryingHalf Marathon in reply toIrishprincess

Oh boo! I wrote a long reply and lost it by being distracted by editing my previous reply.

I'll try and be brief. Thank you both Irishprincess and Beachcomber66

A scan would of course be so informative, physio said last November to make a further appointment if the pain got worse. So that is an option. I tried wearing my knee wrap with three pouches all duly heated on Sunday, so following in the theme of your hot water bottle suggestion BC. Felt lovely to wear it, but I found myself running in a lopsided manner with the aim of preventing discomfort by not putting any weight through my knee. Clearly not a viable way of running!

I shall have a think and a rest and decide a way forward when I feel ready.

I use the hot water bottle for 15 minutes or so prior to running and then massage the knee cap gently. Physio reckons it encourages the generation of synovial fluid. I forgot to do this before a recent run; my knee felt quite sore towards the end of the run and afterwards; so it clearly works for my knee anyway, provided I remember to do it!

I couldn’t run with anything wrapped around my knee. As you say, it would upset the balance.

Hello IP, I did watch this after you recommended it to me and I know what you mean! Mesmerising! I did not google that ASMR though so thank you! I went on to watch their track speed challenge too (procrastinating about doing other jobs ooops) I had a pleasant run this morning as the wind had calmed down and it was very light early on. And I got a long run in on Sunday so feeling a bit happier about my readiness for the Forest of Dean half but also kicking myself for not keeping strength training going as I KNOW that's what has made a half a better race in the past! Oh well ... I think I'll adopt the goal I heard on the Women's running podcast- I'm going to get a pb in the most fun had on a race 😊😊😊

I’ve lived listening to Holly’s journey on Women’s Running because I feel like it’s been similar to mine with illness and injury. Just been listening to the Paris HM episode and feeling so much more positive. We got this! 🏃‍♀️💪❤️

Me too - all the sinus ear type things left over from covid.,.. I forget how many times I've said me too!! It was lovely that she achieved Paris wasn't it!

I actually felt quite emotional! Perhaps because there’s been such a resonance with what’s been going on with me (too!!). It made me think “yeah-I’ve got this!” as I was marching around the deer park this afternoon!! Plus, the Runner’s World podcast this week is all about the benefits of run/walking and how it’s a positive choice to make, not a failure. How well timed is that?!!

As long as we get to where we want to go it doesn’t matter how we get there.

Oh I love that! A PB for the most fun in a race! We should make that a “thing” here. Not sure how we’d measure it though.. the size of our grins 😃

I know what you mean about strength training though. I did loads for my last HM and it really helped keep my ITB at bay but I havent got back into a proper routine again. You’ve just reminded me that I really need to do that so thank you for the prompt 💪

The Forest of Dean will be a fab HM 😍

Hi IP. I am a bit slower in the beginning of this year. Around 6'50"/km in 12km or 15 km running. Aim to run faster gradually later on and make it faster than 6min/km.

Besides, post another runner's "predator" issue recently often happened on me, just for fun.

Since human can't outrun dog in short-distance running, "Method of using stick to beat a dog" still is a survival skill for runners. Sometimes runners face this dangerous situation: unleashed aggressive dogs like chasing you as they are chasing a big slow fat squirrel.

Now, the only problem after seriously thinking this mean-dog issue, is, don't have a stick on hand when running.

Have a good week, all.

Irishprincess profile image
IrishprincessAdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toslow_runners

Luckily there’s always been an owner attached to any unleashed dogs I’ve encountered but even then the dogs can be scary. But an unleashed aggressive dog chasing you would be terrifying!

A friend of mine once went to a “runner’s retreat” abroad and they talked about dogs on runs and how to handle them. Apparently we shouldn’t wear black as it makes them more aggressive and we should stop running when faced with an aggressive dog. There was other advice but I can’t remember it now 🙂

Good luck with your goal 🍀

Not long ago I was nipped by a very large farm dog while out running. I run past that farm every few weeks and the dog's seen me several times before. Getting nipped was entirely my own fault, because instead of slowing to a walk or stopping, and calmly greeting the dog as I usually do if it appears, I thought "Oh he knows me, it'll be fine" and continued running. That unsettled the dog, hence the nip.

I told the owner who was very apologetic. I also said I didn't want any harm to come to the dog - some people round here would put a bullet through a dog's head for that nip. I've run there again with no problems, not because the dog's been shot, or tied up, or beaten, but because I had the sense to react appropriately this time round.

Our dog is rarely on a leash. He's not aggressive but he's large and has a loud, deep bark that people can find intimidating. Were anyone to start hitting him with a stick I would also react appropriately...

slow_runners profile image
slow_runners in reply toCmoi

The first rule of dealing with an aggressive dog as a runner is, don't try to frighten the dog or fight him if his owner looks stronger than you. And it's not a polite behavior, or not a very gentlemen's move if the owner is a lady. :)

Fighting with a dog always are the stupidest plan and worst scenario. Dogs have an advantage in reaction. You can't win without a cost, even you 'win', several bite wounds left in your body would be the most likely outcome. Not wise.

So if the owner seems not a strong guy and his dog is a leashed small size dog breed as a Chiwawa or small-size Teddy. An idea may arise from the normal insecurity feelings of human, "I can scare him away with a stick in hand"

lol. have a good day.

I suspect you've completely misunderstood my reply.

As a 152cm 57kg female solo runner and dog-owner I will definitely not be using sticks to intimidate dogs, nor physically fighting their owners.

Enjoy your running.

Half the runners have experience of being chased or intimated by a snarling dog on road. I just hope everyone don't misjudge, and can handle the dangerous situation properly.

I was chased by the same two dogs twice in last running(run back and forth). That part of road had no light on at that night. The dogs just did their job. They were unleashed so they could jump up the road and run after passers-by. It would be a trouble for his owner if these dogs nipped anybody passed his gate. For he didn't keep his door closed and let the dogs roaming at road freely that night.

I had run on that road dozens of times. That was the first time these dogs brought me a "surprise". They barked, chased me about 100 meters (twice!) but didn't bite me. While I just kept running at that time listening to my music. (Pretended to)Totally ignore them! They are big dogs but I didn't konw which breed they are cuz it was dark.

Guess I was lucky. "A barking dog doesn't bite", two barking dogs, the same.

Stay sharp and enjoy your exercise. :)

Eek a dog’s nip is quite painful. I’m sure that was a bit scary.

One of our neighbour’s dogs bit my husband a few years ago even though he knew her and had walked her on a few occasions! He had to get a tetanus. He could have called the police and they would have put the dog down but he made the decision not to as it was a one-off and we still had to live in the village!

But as I keep saying to the owners of dogs who jump up on me or snarl, “what would your dog do to a child?”

I did once run away with a dog and pretended to play with him and the owner was desperately trying to get him to return but he was having none of it as running with me was much more fun. That was hilarious 😂 (I did return the dog to its owner in the end)

Cmoi profile image

I was wearing long sleeves so only a bit bruised, skin not broken. If the dog had gone for me I'd have been considerably more damaged, as it's a Pyrenean Mountain Dog which probably weighs more than I do!

However, it was my behaviour that triggered the nip. The dog was just doing its job, guarding a farm that opens directly onto the road - there's a bit of a ditch, but no hedges or gates. I should've used a bit of common sense, then I'd have been fine.

One Saturday evening on holiday a few years ago an unidentified dog followed us several km back to a campsite, despite our best efforts to dissuade it. The police told me to contact the local mayor. With Google's help I found his details and called him. He thanked me, said he'd contact the owner, and explained that the dog was left free to roam outside and this situation arose quite regularly.

The owner called me back, announcing that he was elderly and housebound. He then subjected me to a tirade of shouting, swearing and other abuse, and accused me of stealing the dog, before hanging up on me. When he called back I refused his demand that we make a 45-minute return trip in our motorhome to return the dog, which, incidentally, we'd attached on a long leash and provided with water and a couple of dog treats. Owner finally sent his sisters to collect the dog. Frankly he shouldn't have been allowed to keep it.

Dog issues are complicated. Like Cmoi, I am a very experienced dog handler, used to big dogs, and in most situations I am pretty confident. Molly looks soft, and on most occasions she behaves that way, but OES were originally bred for guarding herds and driving cattle, so she is not a wimp! She has always responded to a quiet word; yelling at her just doesn’t work.

With encounters with strange dogs, I have found that keeping calm and not responding aggressively works in most situations. That said, a problem has developed locally over the last couple of months, caused entirely by a farmer’s decision to let his two fully grown alsatians loose on the farm. The farm has an unfenced boundary with a disused railway line. The line is used by many runners and walkers every day, and on a couple of occasions I have been faced with one of the dogs barking at me, having appeared ahead of me on the path. It just shouldn’t be there. I decided to keep running at the same pace and not even give it a glance; I felt that slowing off or speeding up might have implied fear. Fortunately my tactics have worked so far!🏃‍♂️🐕

slow_runners profile image
slow_runners in reply toBeachcomber66

You do know dogs. We adopted same tactics under similar situations. Luckily, I was not being chased by two pit bulls or mastiffs, kind of dogs that won't let you run away easily. Stay sharp and be safe.

Beachcomber66 profile image
Beachcomber66AdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toslow_runners

I agree; the type of dog and breed behaviour have to be factored in. You can only make that assessment if you know a bit about large breeds. Even then having two dogs loose together alters the dynamic. That goes straight to the heart of the problem; some dogs just should not be left loose where they can come into contact with people.

slow_runners profile image
slow_runners in reply toslow_runners

That's very true. Also dogs are prone to be aggressive in dark environment. I run between 8:00-10:00 PM. Less traffic on road and silence makes a running enjoyable. But mean dogs would bark at or chase me when there's no street lamp or it doesn't work. Better to avoid the road without artificial light at night.

Beachcomber66 profile image
Beachcomber66AdministratorHalf Marathon in reply toslow_runners

Good point. That said, this has been an issue for me on about 3 runs in the hundreds I have done, so I didn’t intend to make this into a big deal. Enjoy your running!🙂

slow_runners profile image
slow_runners in reply toBeachcomber66

lol.

Yes, It's really not a big deal for experienced runners. Would scare you when it happens though.

Pls again, allow me banter a bit here. Keep exercising and a runner will be fast enough one day. And at that moment, most dog breeds won't be posed as a threat to him. For he is stronger, faster, most importantly smarter than a sly rabbit or fox, and most pet dogs just aren't cut out for hounds in real world. In a word, an experienced runner has already got the edge when encouters a snarling dog.

Btw, lovely dog in your avatar. Have a good day. 😁

Hi IP! Well, this video was an excellent motivator to get me out and do my own 5k yesterday 😁. Not as fast, a few more hills, and no sea in sight, but it really did the trick. Thanks for posting! After injury I’m ecstatic to be back up to 5k - it took a while, I can tell you. In the long term, I’m hoping to build back up, but if it takes me all year, so be it. The nice thing about running these shorter distances is it’s easier to find time to fit them in, so yesterday was the first time ever I saw the sun go down during a run, which was just lovely. It always amazes me just how fast it disappears 🌅🌅🌅.

Enjoy the return and the sunsets 😍

Hi IP - I am very late to the party. After a fab run on Monday, I had planned to run again today but got bogged down with things at work and was late getting home! 🙄Annoyingly, not enough time to run now so it will have to wait until tomorrow.

Enjoy your run today 🏃‍♀️
