That was tough! 😡

I really wanted to do a long one today, but as soon as I set out, I knew it wasn’t to be. I did a fabulous tour in Southampton yesterday, Walking the Mysteries of the Titanic, with a great guide called Brian Walsh. If you get a chance to do it, it’s really worth it. Anyway, it was a 2 hour tour, and what with everything else, I was on my feet most of the day. Anyway, my legs weren’t in the mood AT ALL this morning! So a very inelegant 8.5k later, and stretching done, I’m pleased to be back in my natural habitat, on the sofa 🤣!

Yes you are right, my trouble is work is long and busy so on days off i expect to fit loads in whereas mostly I’m recharging
