Good luck every one! π I haven't got any organised events for the rest of the year, but I'm doing Bognor Parkrun tomorrow morning, then off to the Amberley Museum for the day. After that it's another run on Sunday along the seafront π
Dog walking day today so itβs distracting me quite nicely. Lovely day too. The more I worry about my hip the more anxious I get, so Iβm just going to crack on.
Faffage has commenced. Deffo pile v not sure pile. The name of the game is to have reduced the heap to an insignificant mound by morning, The less stuff I have makes life much easier π
You shoulda seen me last night rigging up my hydration bladder π. The pipe was dead stiff and didnβt want to go in the bag After ages spent messing with it I couldnβt get a sip of water out of it. I had to Google a video π. Dunno if I even like it after all that βΉοΈ
This is genuinely my favourite thing about this forum and runners in general, just taking the time to spread the word and encourage all.
Best of luck to all mentioned by roseabi or added by others below for a great race. When the going gets tough, the hills get hilly or the weather is woeful just remember we are all behind you willing you on!!!
Go, go go!!!! Have fun! πββοΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈπββοΈπββοΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈπββοΈπ₯πͺππ
Yaaaaaaayyyyy!!! Good luck everyone, I'll wave to you all from the highest point in Warwickshire Sunday morning! Looks like we may be wrapping up a bit warmer.
Looking forward to my sausages again, might have to think of something other than toad in the hole this month π€ π
