It’s the last weekend of October and spooky Halloween 👻 What’s not to love?

Here’s to our amazing runners with races this weekend. Give them a shout, a cheer, loads of noise and our own special support 😍 They’re all running on Sunday so there’s lots of time to polish our pom poms 🥳

We have the awesome nowster with the City of Manchester 10K 🥳

And fresh from the GSR our Sandie1961 running the Lincoln 10K 🥳

And hopefully, not meeting too many lions, sparky66 running Run Chester Zoo 10K 🥳
