Hi there fabulous pom pom shakers! Ready to shout and cheer and wave again?

We have at least three awesome racers out this weekend, all in the same part of the country, plus one breakaway racer representing the rest of the UK!!!

First up, on Saturday, we have super SkiMonday with the 'rolling hills' of the Green Man Ultra. That's a long way SM, and the training route has been fraught with ups and downs - but you've got this and we're all rooting for you!

Next up, on Sunday we have:

The wonderfully cheery cheekychipmunks with the Severn Bridge 10k - go Cheeky!

and

Our very own racing royalty, Irishprincess in the Flying Monk 10k.

On Sunday, we also have the terrific Time_Lord in the Spitfire 10k, albeit in Cosford, just to show the South West doesn't have a monopoly here 😀

Thanks.But I'm a creature of habit-my long Sunday walks always at least start in the morning! Will be forced to walk along the river to the pub instead!(it's a tough life)
