Retyred now tired out, but not going to retire

My son was living in the USA and upon his return, he brought me back one of these:-

I acquired a couple of old tyres from a centre and some U brackets nuts and washers and with a bit of fiddle, all was good to go.

First impressions blimey I warmed up fast, five laps consisting of up the muddy driveway to the postbox and back approx 100 meters each time was I felt enough for a first go. I like it. I walked no attempt was made to run, I'm not sure if I could have TBH. I'm going to try to build on this it seems a great way to build up leg strength.

Oh my goodness! That looks HARD work!!!

Linda, It's very adjustable you could start off with nicking the tire off of kids 🛴 and work up to one-off an ✈✈

A bit like walking around a ploughed field in big boots in the rain.🦼🥾☔ I realise that my emoji sentence is slightly out, but they did not have a tractor so went with the mobility scooter!

Wow that looks tough! You’ll have some strong legs using this I’m sure! 💪👊

Early days Decker but slept like a baby after my initial outing 👶🏻 The morning after definitely feel that it worked my glutes and hamstrings! I'm not sure what the neighbours think though watching this old geezer dragging these old tyres up and down his drive😅
