Definitely I took one with me the other day when I went out for my eeeeeek solo HM took it at about 10 k and it definitely gave me a boost of energy 👍

I could have done with one when I did mine...really struggled with the last few miles.

Maybe next time as I'll be better prepared.

I'm not sure if up and running sell the same gels individually so you could maybe sample a flavour ?

Solo HM was tough at times, as there's only yourself to try and get the pace right 🥴

Will do, looking forward to seeing if they help with energy...when I next do a run of over an hour or two!

Also looking forward to a run in a local country park tomorrow...only 5K or so but feels plenty due to a hill with around 100 steps before a slope up. I've not yet managed to run them all but as we know, there's a first time for everything.

Fantastic views from the top, will be nice just running for enjoyment rather than working up to a pace or distance 😊

If you end up doing over 10K you'll have to try the gel we got in our goodie bag last week...I'm sure you'll enjoy it when you get out there 😆🏃‍♀️👍

Yes!! That's a great reason to get out there! I've saved most of my goodies for this reason 😁
