Thanks all, enjoyed my canter around the VERY hilly Emmer Green 10k on Sunday. It’s a tiny one organised by a local school, but very sweet and growing in popularity (few hundred runners). I beat my time from last year and managed to finish with a smile on my face, so both key objectives were met 😂
