Legs felt much stronger after 2 weeks low distance. The last 3-4 miles were really tough. BUT I did it π Maybe I can do it π€·π½ββοΈ
Oh I used tailwind - it definitely helps but I fuelled just the same as before really.

Well done Tasha! Think I'm right in saying that, although most plans go up to 22 miles, having done 21 miles, you could go out and do a marathon (but probably not tomorrow!)
Since you found the last few miles really tough, do you think it might be worthwhile experimenting with extra fuelling?
Impressive stuff.
Brilliant, well done! Go you xx
Gosh, amazing. Well done π
Well done, Tasha!

WOW amazing!!!!
Wow! Well done.
Well done Tasha! I had to do 32k for my plan today and the last 10 were brutal so I can sympathize. I think you can definitely do it.
