It’s been a while since I posted, nothing really remarkable to report. I completed HM training at the end of June then decided to follow a 15k training plan for the Summer months. I finished the 8 week plan with a 15k run on 23rd August. It worked well to have a plan to keep me going as I have been travelling quite a bit with work.
September will be easing back, 2 weeks family time with no running. Then a few weeks of no plan plan, 2x5K and 1 longer run. Need to decide on next plan for October.
