I’ve read many inspiring posts of the course of 2019, so thank you all!
I started C25K in January with the view to form better life habits and also to be fit enough to run a half marathon at the end of sept.
I’ve been steadily progressing despite a sabbatical over the summer months and feel I have a good foundation to register a sub 2hour time.
I have just over 4 weeks to go and am not really following a plan.
After my 12 km run yesterday I felt ok, but I also felt like OMG I still have another 9km to do!
My question is how far should I be able to run before I take on the HM, how many long runs should I be doing a week and should I aim for a time or just aim to finish??
