Incidentally, when I was out for a long run on Monday I got to 14.5k and was flagging🥵 Then “Come on Eileen” by Dexy’s midnight runners came up on Spotify😳 I thought of some of your lovely posts which cheered me up and gave me the incentive to carry on to my 16.5k target😀👍

I tried to post a video clip from YouTube but it didn’t work. Another great one is “Mama don’t let your babies grow up to be runners” - a little too much truth in that one for me 😂. I wish the link worked but maybe you can search on YouTube for it. It’s also very funny and too true.
