I took a break from my training routine this week so was able to join the local running club on their Sunday long run. As a result, I was able to shave off 30s/km from my HM pace. That puts me close to my target pace for the HM and it was only 3k short of the full distance so I'm really happy with that! I just need to add some more hills, up the pace a little more and I'm sorted!
