Hi. Just wondering if anyone else has used the Nike Run Club app for a training plan? I’ve been using it for 5 weeks now, running 3 times a week but each week, the app hasn’t recognised at least one of the runs.
Also, as the plan adjusts to suit me, I’m wondering whether or not it’s working if it’s not recording every run I’m doing.
Last week I ran 200 metre intervals at a 7 min per mile pace with a 2 min rest in between and this week it’s suggesting that I do 200 metre intervals at an 8 min per mile pace with a 4 minute rest in between. To me this seems like regression so I’m unsure whether to go along with it or find a new training plan altogether?!
Sorry for the ramble, I just wondered if anyone has had the same trouble as me or any advice that could help?
