i may have asked this before about runing i can run all day long but dont seem to do it without slowing down afew times during the run i never stop runing just tend to slow down is this normal how do you run i would like to run without slowing down but can i dont find its hard just need to slow down is this ok

It depends on how long the run is Paul. Anything over 5 miles or so and I think most people have fits and starts, I know I do a lot.

Seems perfectly normal for longer runs. The terrain may have an affect too.

If your body needs to have a rest then go with it. As you keep running, carefully and steadily, increasing miles on your legs then you get fitter and stronger. You can’t fast track that. It has to be built up over time 💪👍😃🏃‍♂️ You can do some strength stuff, and other exercise of course

Don’t overdo things though. Rome wasn’t built in a day 😃. This is supposed to be fun bear in mind 👍
