I don't see anything bad here - looks pretty even! You said they've done 750 km, that's supposed to be quite a lot I think, seems like a reasonable level of wear to me.

Just been to self refer.

Interesting last occasion was March 18.Before I really got going with C25k.💥👍.I never got seen and things sorted themselves out.

Learnt also this morning if you have been seen within 6 months you have to then be referred by your gp.

Just going to see practise nurse now to replenish my Naproxen.

Guess what a national shortage of supplies.🤔

Hey ho I resist taking meds anyway.Find for me do not work in harmony with my repair natural mechanisms.

I have the same problem with migraine meds - haven't been able to get them for months! I bought my naproxen in Canada - available in every supermarket as easily as ibuprofen here (but in little pots of large quantity, with no apparent restriction on qty. Maybe I should also look for migraine meds next time I'm there 😀 )
