Halloween short run

[Decker]

Short 8k run yesterday with the Ninjas, just as Halloween was getting started. Almost took a header on a slippery leaf covered staircase in the dark. Of course there were capes 🎃 🦇 💀

Now that looks fun! A reason to run in a cape ....and not get stared at for being a little loopy. I hope you were in costume as well 👻

Exactly! You cant see it in the pic, but I had a kids dollar store cape on too. 🙂

They are a good bunch for sure. Yep that stair caught me by surprise. And it was the top stair into a ravine 🙄🙂

Do the capes create resistance when you are running?

I think they some of the larger ones could be used for resistance training! Not mine though as it was very small

looks good fun, my running group had halloween run. With fancy dress, props along the route and people jumping out at us in masks then ended up in the pub.

Wow! Your group sounds even more organized Ben. No idea how people run in fancy dress though. Must be quite the workout unless you chose something like Spiderman as your costume!

It was close! We were at the top of a big staircase into a ravine and the girl behind me slipped as well. We could’ve taken everyone out at once 😁
