That's how my last 2 races have been as well. I think there is a real art to knowing when and how hard to push it in a race. Great time though and a great post race pic.

Yes it was a lovely day for a 10k. I think C&C won the Junior race too - they’re not a slow club! Well done on your PB & your other half’s time - a great day our all round 🏅🏆👏🏃‍♂️
