I expect some of you have already noticed her shiny new badge, but I would like hereby to formally welcome Sqkr as our new Marathon Running and Race Support Admin!!!

We've been enjoying her beautiful posts for a while, as she's taken us with her on her exciting and humour- (and ice cream-) filled running adventures. As a relative newcomer to our crazy sporting endeavours, with an intrepid and creative spirit, she'll bring a refreshing perspective to our team.

I had a lovely strawberry and black pepper sorbet the other day, and a scoop of pineapple and rum sorbet too, maybe they would be to your taste 😋 I need no excuses, but the weather lately has definitely upped my frozen treat count!

Just as well it is not about raw pace,I am afraid I would be looking after the half time oranges.

No it’s great it is reduced to a common factor of seconds per km improvement, as you know from the July challenge.

My niece is a roller girl.....along side her OCR , crossfit games, Man vs Mountain , Mudstacle etc.

Im always amazed at how tiny you tough girls are!
