Just take it steady, stop for water, going to start at the back of the corral. Not going to start as fast as last year, going to stick to a 6 min/km pace throughout.

That's the pace I am looking at doing and the pace I did two years ago until I slowed down. So if I can go further at that pace then I get a nice big burger at the end. If I don't I get a nice big burger with tears.
