Hello, sorry I haven't posted in a while. I had an injury and have gout out off the habit of running for 3 million reasons, I need to get out there and just run.. well I say run / more like walk run to start with as my last run was in October last year..
I fixed on going out tonight, I'm trying not to talk myself out of it. Hence posting here to make a commitment to do it.

Think less and just do it! Do it in stages. Get yourself changed. Lace up the shoes. Move out of the door and go. Once you are out you will run.
