Really interesting article.... For me, I like to have an Epsom salt bath and I also have quite a long warm down walk in the woods which I'm sure helps. The worst is to sit still!!! The social interaction aspect is also interesting.....

post run is normally ether clean the kitchen, put the kids to bed or eat peanut butter (sometimes out of the jar sometimes on toast) only one of these helps recuperation!

Immediately after a long run I would eat something homemade and healthy, followed by a long soak in an Epsom Salts bath with a cuppa tea.
