I'm on day 30 now of my 'run to live' regime and I'm loving it. I could definately feel improvements this week as I'm not as stiff and I found my hilly trail much easier this morning.
One thing I am doing is eating more protein, I've noticed if I eat 'empty' calories I feel starving and lack energy, but protein rich foods seem to revive me. Has anyone else noticed this or have any other top tips on food to improve running?
I've got fillet steak for tea and a rib eye joint for tomorrow
