My numbers arrived

I feel that sense of excitement building. They haven't put my name on this year which is sad. Might have to write it on myself 

I know there is a healthunlocked team this year so if you see me please say Hi. Or anyone from here. I'm am sort of shy In person but full of smiles and laughs.

oh great must be getting excited now. it be great run i have heard only good things about it.

Hubby's is going too write my name in big bold letters for me.  It would be nice to say hi if anyone is around.

Yes RFC definitely put your name on , I had my name in big black lettering on my T shirt for the GMR last year . It is a real boost when youre flagging a bit and someone shouts your name .

Mind you , I did find it a bit confusing at first, I kept thinking it was somebody that knew me ha ha ! Soon got used to having random strangers yelling my name though , its great ! xxx

No pamphlet this year, saving the planet, its all online.  I must go and check the course and bag drop and stuff.  I love it when everyone cheers you on, its a great feeling.  Trust me it helps you  to go round.   Yours will be with you before you know it,  you'll have so much fun.

Have you done it before Realfoodieclub ? - I did it last year and it was fun, with a lovely atmosphere. Definitely put your name on your top/bib number - it is so encouraging to hear people shout it out!

I did it last year as well. I got a sunburnt face.  I didn't realised till the next day when i still had a beetroot face.

I will Hubby's is going to write it big and bold.  He's good a sign writing so it should look good.

Hope you have a ball RFC!  We have a local shop that puts your name on shirts for a pound, however, haven't plucked up courage to have Old Git printed on mine! 😀
