Here is the Cataract Contrast test sheet. If you find that the image is of too low resolution please send me a PM and I'll send you a full resolution copy.

Do you mean you will post most a better image on here or email one with a better image?

The better image is a pdf, which I can't post here. If you send me a PM (private message) with an email address I'll send the pdf to you.)

since this is a Macular Society group I am not sure it’s best to be giving our email addresses why don’t you post the link for it below and we can find the information ourselves. You obviously got it from somewhere. There is of course the Pelican Robson test which is done in clinic. That has to be done at 1 meter. What is the distance for the one you have?

Sorry, I didn't explain that a PM is a message sent using the "Chat" icon at the top of the page. You aren't broadcasting your email address to all, just sending it to the one person in the Chat. I can't post a link because I devised the test myself when I was having difficulty getting the AMD doctors to list me for cataract surgery because my sight was "too good". I wanted to compare my low contrast vision with that of family members who didn't have cataracts.

Best wishes,

Paul
