Signing off, happy New Year to all

Hi all, didn't want to leave this site without saying goodbye and wishing everyone all the very best for the coming New Year.The last year has been intense for me and looks to continue in the same vein into 2024 and as I haven't posted/ commented for so long it's become obvious to me that I simply don't have the energy to split my time - the cancer support site I'm on is where I need to focus right now - so I'm " tidying up" as it were, loose ends and all that

My eyelea inj were started up again, now at 10 weekly intervals, and have continued to stabilise my eye in between despite the now chronic macular oedema so I have that to be thankful for - it's almost 10 years of treatment now I think! Hopefully that gives hope to anyone starting this journey - there can be a long term future of continued vision.

Hi eyesright, it's nice to hear from you again but I'm so sorry to hear that you are signing out. You've been such a tremendous help to so many people on here, me included. I wish you the very best for the future and hope very much that your lymphoma is kept at bay and your eye injections continue to stabilise your eye. I also hope that your husband is doing well. Thank you for all the good advice and encouragement you have given on here which have always been appreciated. Wishing you a good New Year in advance and all the very best for the future. xx
