The first-ever treatment for dry age-related macular degeneration (AMD) will be the topic of our next My Macular and Me webinar.
Pegcetacoplan, which will be known as Syfovre, was approved for use in the US in February to treat patients with late-stage dry AMD – often referred to as geographic atrophy (GA).
Consultant ophthalmologist and retinal surgeon Ian Pearce will be joining us in May to discuss the new treatment, looking in more detail into the results from the clinical trials, as well as the risks and benefits to patients.
Join our webinar to hear more from Ian Pearce on this exciting new development. This My Macular and Me webinar will be taking place on Tuesday 16th May at 7pm.
