Hi, does anybody take the chewable option? Are the capsules like those small brown ones or like those quite long white ones? Also I would like to know if the chewable version may cause teeth stains. Moreover I'm wondering if this formula could help also with other problems apart from ADM, like pucker macular or epiretinal macular membrane o delay cataracts progress?

Looking forwards to your answers

The chewable tablets are round, about the size of a 1p piece and roughly 1/2 cm deep. They are quite hard so not the easiest to chew but still better than trying to swallow a capsule. They haven't stained my teeth but they do stain my tongue although this disappears by the time I've eaten my breakfast! I use them just for AMD.
