I always use Travel Assist to go by train. Always v good. I haven't flown for ages. I'm sorry your experience with flying came up against a really stupid, (I'm being kind), person. Better luck next time. Good for you writing a letter. It seems an alien concept in today's Facebook/email communication, so no surprise you got no reply.! Sending you a hug xx
